I’m Josh Lipoff, and I’m glad you’re here. Over the last 20 years, I’ve built a career helping companies make smart, strategic real estate decisions. My focus has been on industrial properties—think large regional distribution centers, warehouse and logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, and institutional landlord representation. Based in Orlando, Florida, I’ve had the privilege of being directly involved in some of the most complex and high-impact industrial transactions across the region.

Prior to founding my own industrial team, I spent over a decade with JLL’s Industrial team, sharpening my skills in tenant representation, site selection, build-to-suit developments, and lease and contract negotiations. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with national brands like Brookfield Properties, McKesson, Ocean Spray, Walgreens, Mattress Firm, and Sysco—each with their own unique challenges and goals. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of what companies need from their real estate strategies, and how to deliver long-term value.
